RC-I – Regulation of the committee for the protection of impartiality

These regulations define one of the internal bodies of ALL ABOUT ESG which has the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • ensure impartiality;
  • properly manage appeals,

in order to give adequate confidence and guarantee to the market and to third parties, in general, that all its activities are carried out with:

  • impartiality
  • responsibility
  • transparency
  • confidentiality


with the meaning set out in points 4.2, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 of the reference standard, as better explained in section 4 of the management system descriptive document.
These regulations may be amended at any time by the Directorate-General of ALL ABOUT ESG and submitted for approval to the Committee for the Safeguarding of Impartiality. Where applicable, the numerical correspondence between the paragraphs of these regulations and the articles of the statute is highlighted. These regulations, once approved by the committee for the protection of impartiality, are valid as authorization to the committee itself, by the general management, to carry out what is reported in it.
The members of the Committee for the Safeguarding of Impartiality receive a modest attendance fee, determined by the general management, which is the same for everyone.
