The certification mark is issued by ALL ABOUT ESG to organizations that have obtained certification of their management system, the use of the mark is optional, in fact it is possible to use:
The ALL ABOUT ESG certification mark; or, alternatively, the ALL ABOUT ESG mark combined with any accreditation mark
The Organization that intends to use the trademark must comply with the following provisions:

• The certified organization may use the certification and accreditation mark only together with the mark of its company name on: stationery, advertising material, promotional items, publications;
• The mark may not be applied to a product or to the primary packaging, nor applied in such a way that it can be mistaken for a certification of conformity of the product and/or CE marking;
• In the event that the certification is suspended or withdrawn, the Organization must immediately suspend the use of the certification mark, accreditation mark and the distribution of the materials that reproduce them;
• The mark should not be used on laboratory test reports or calibration reports.
• The guidelines for the use of the mark and the observances that the customer must comply with are attached to the certification contract.
• The customer who uses the trademark will only be able to associate the phrase that proves that he has received the certification (example ISO 9001:2014 Certified Company)
• The ALL ABOUT ESG mark may be used independently, but the IAS mark may not be used independently of active certification.
• The certified organization will only be able to use the mark as long as it is under certification by ALL ABOUT ESG.
