ALL ABOUT ESG employees and other interested parties may submit reports and/or complaints regarding incidents or events of an abusive, offensive or unlawful nature that you have served in the workplace by completing the form below.

It should be noted that the identity of the whistleblower is anonymous and will be protected at all stages following the report.

Should the report lead to disciplinary proceedings, the identity of the whistleblower may not be disclosed without their permission, unless knowledge of their identity is absolutely essential; the report is exempt from the restrictions set out in the applicable regulations.

Any whistleblower who believes they have been discriminated against at work as a result of making a report may report (including through trade unions) the instances of discrimination.
